Have you lost the data from Mac ?
Need to restore the important Mac files ?
Then dont worry !!! For Mac data recovery, you can use the Time Machine which is a built-in backup device of OS X working with the Mac. It is connected to an external drive which automatically retrieves the entire Mac files such as email messages, accounts, documents, photos, music, applications, system files, preferences, and movies. Along with the recovery of every file, it also remembers how these files were organised in your system and so you can keep your Mac same as it was before. It can save your hourly backups for the past 24 hours, daily backups for the past month, and weekly back ups until your backup drive is full.
STEP 1: First of all connect the external device to Mac. After connection, Time Machine needs to know whether you want to use it for Back up.
STEP 2: Then click on the Backup Disk and automatically the Back up will start.
STEP 3: You might want to back up some selected files only so Time Machine provide you the option “Do not back up” to exclude files that you do not want to recover.
STEP 4: Now time taken by first back up is too much as it copies all the stuffs. But after that, on interval of every hour, Time Machine will itself saves the changes and create additional back up as long as the device is not connected to Mac.
STEP 5: The Time Machine will automatically delete the oldest back ups and creates space if your back up drive is full.
However, restoring Mac files from Apple Time Machine is not a very efficient way for complete data back up. It is often used with Apple Time Capsule, which can stop responding as a result of overheating. Due to unexpected power failure or hard disk drive failure the Time Machine might get damaged. But you need not to worry as there is a way for recovering back ups from corrupted Time Machine too. The Time Capsule should be switched off immediately to avoid any further crash. Now image the sparsebundle, which contains the backups, to a new external hard drive. In this way you can work with all your data intact.

There is another best way for retrieving data and that is the Mac Data Recovery Tool. Time Machine works only if it has updated back up files whereas Mac Data Recovery Tool can restore Mac files even when there is no back up. It uses the ultimate techniques and has a very user-friendly interface. With the usage of this tool, you can get the restored data in a very short span of time. It has the powerful features to fix the data loss problems in Mac OS X.
